C4 Expansion Complete

October has been a very busy month for the Point Cook Business Centre, with out latest site becoming fully operational. Despite a few minor push backs we were able to complete the build and we are now up and running our 2nd largest site to date. This site has all the standard features the Point Cook Business Centre offers, such as kitchen and bathroom facilities, as well as many other great features, such as exclusive balcony access and a corporate meeting room. This site has been a point of much interest, with 17 brand new offices that have ample natural light as well as beautiful pieces of artwork in our hallways. We are happy to announce that over 50% of the office space id being occupied already and the remaining spaces are filling fast.

Even with all this we are still striving to make improvements and ensure we can provide our tenants with the best service we can. As a result we have already made improvement to this site. We now have new block out blinds on all windows, ensuring more privacy as well as helping with maintaining a comfortable office temperature. We have also installed wireless access points across the building, thus ensuring a stable and fast pace wireless network speed across the entire site.
