PCBC Newsletter: November Edition
Dinners and Donations
November has been a very productive and charitable month for the Point Cook Business Centre, with our newest site at almost full capacity, being part of a multiple, wonderful charity events and a special networking event we have been busy both in and out of the office.
Networking Dinners
One of our long time business partners, ANZ bank, last month hosted a Small Business Networking Dinner. The dinner was for small businesses owned and operated by those of Indian heritage, it was a fantastic chance to celebrate culture, get to meet some wonderful people and to learn more about the people we already work with. It was a great night that members of Point Cook Business Centre gladly attended. Members of the Point Cook Business Centre also attended a charity Christmas Dinner hosted by ANZ in association with Live for Lily. Live for Lily raises awareness and funds that will go directly towards research that is dedicated to finding a cure for childhood cancers. It is a not-for-profit foundation that is committed to ensuring that we will see an end to childhood cancer.

Cup Day Celebrations
As part of Melbourne Cup day celebrations, our CEO and Office Manager attended a charity lunch hosted by Finns VIP Beach Club in association with Solemen Indonesia. The day was a wonderful experience, there was wonderful entertainment and we were given some insight into what Solemen do and who they help. The aim of the event was to raise $100,000 AUD, which was to be matched by Finns if achieved, it was a humbling experience to know that the Point Cook Business Centre was able to help in achieving this and to know we were able to help out those in need.
